Thank you for your interest in one of our puppies.  Please read our policies below.

We reserve the right to not sell or place a puppy with anyone we choose, for any reason. If we decide not to place a puppy for any reason, we will refund any payments/deposits. If the buyer backs out on a puppy for any reason the deposit will NOT be refunded. 

We require verbal contact with any prospective buyer, prior to approving a home or accepting a deposit. Upon receiving your contact information, we will contact you. If we can not get a hold of you, you must contact us.  We will not sell a puppy to anyone without speaking to them verbally first.

Once you are approved and have chosen a puppy, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT in the form of postal money order or cash- money gram/western union wire, or Paypal.  (For those who use Paypal please add a 4% fee as we get charged by Paypal for this service.)

Once a verbal agreement has been made, we will wait 3-5 business days to receive your deposit before returning a puppy to available status. We will not hold puppies with out deposits.

Deposits are $300 on Limited AKC registration and $500.00 for full AKC registration.

We have a PUPPY RETURN POLICY in our contract. If for any reason the buyer is unable or is no longer willing to care for their DeschenesDanes puppy/dog, it must be returned to DeschenesDanes with no cost to the breeder in any way along with its AKC registration /certificate.  We will find the puppy a proper replacement ensuring that our puppies do not end up in shelters or on the street.   If you wish to place your puppy/dog in a new home on your own then you must have prior consent and you must provide us with all new buyer information. Health guarantee is valid for original purchaser only.

We require that all puppies be paid in full by 8 weeks of age if you are picking the puppy up.  If your puppy is being shipped all payments, including shipping costs, must be paid by 6 weeks of age.  This allows us only 2 weeks to get everything in order to ship your puppy in a timely manner at 8 weeks of age.

When Shipping puppies, we will make arrangements to take all puppies being shipped, to the airport at one time.  The airport is two hours away from our home one way, so please understand that we can not make multiple trips to ship puppies.  If you are not able to accept your puppy on the day we schedule for airline drop off, then you may be asked to pay a fuel/service fee for the return trip to the airport. Our normal shipping day will be on a Friday or Saturday , weather permitting.  Normal shipping fee is $375.00  which includes shipping crate, health certificate, plane ticket, a blanket, and a toy. 

All puppies will be vet checked and have age appropriate shots.

Our puppies are raised in our home with plenty of love and attention.  They are well socialized with our six small children, our cat, and lots of our friends.

All Puppies are sold on Contracts
